2025 AEAI Summer Art Teacher Retreat
Mark your calendars July 14-17, 2025 for the 2025 AEAI Summer Art Retreat at Vincennes University (1002 North First Street, Vincennes, IN 47591)! Register by June 10, 2025, noon eastern time. This event earns you 22 PGP points.
To officially reserve your place for the 2025 AEAI Summer Art Teacher Retreat, click on the Schedule tab in Sched and then click on the Reserve Tickets button.
After you click on the Reserve Tickets button, the following window will pop up with ticket options.
To attend the retreat, use the + sign to add one ticket next to Purchase Your Ticket - 2025 AEAI Summer Retreat. The cost to attend the retreat is $250.00 per person plus fees. Cost includes lodging July 14th through the 17th. Rooms are two bedroom suites. Single rooms are not available.
If you would like to arrive early on Sunday, July 13th, add the Early Sunday Arrival option to your registration. it is an extra $30.00 for lodging. Note that food will be on your own Sunday if you arrive early.
Once you have registered and paid for the retreat, you can log into Sched and set your personal retreat schedule. Click on the Schedule tab and then click on the sessions that you would like to attend throughout the event. Note that in some instances there are two options (A or B) to choose from. Registering for the event and then creating your schedule in sched will reserve your place in limited seated sessions.
